The Chef 2015

Kelsey Sill is a passionate chef at the Fairmont Banff Springs working in Grapes Wine Bar, a cozy wine bar and charcuterie, and is a holistic recipe formulator for NeuroTrition.

After graduating from the professional cooking program at SAIT, she started schooling at CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition) and is a current student in the holistic nutritionist program.

Over the past 3 years, Kelsey has been continuing her education through various experiences with Chef Andrew Hewson who was Chef for the Feast of Bergen in 2013 and 2014. She assisted Andrew last year and will be Chef for the Feast this year.

Local food, sustainable agriculture and responsible living practices have become a huge source of interest and enthusiasm for Kelsey. She is honoured to have the opportunity to share her menu with all of you and convey these things by showcasing all of the beautiful ingredients from Bergen.
