Bergen produces a wide variety of delicious foods. Many of them will be featured on the menu at Feast of Bergen.
Chef Greg van Poppel visited the Bergen Farmers’ Market in August to meet producers, sample foods and talk about menu ideas. Based on that visit he has put together a selection worthy of the word “feast”!
